Pediatric Dentistry

Dr. Richard sees patients Monday through Thursday. We find that for longer appointments, it works best for the doctor and the child if the appointment is scheduled in the morning. As such, it may be necessary to schedule some appointments during school or work hours. In order to prepare for your visit, please print and fill out the Pediatric Dentistry new patient forms and bring them to your appointment. The New patient forms can also be emailed to the front desk.

Insurance and Payment

We are happy to determine benefits and file dental insurance for those patients in our dental family. We request payment for any portion of services determined not payable by your insurance at the time the service is rendered. Payment is requested at the time of service for all emergency visits for those patients not in our dental family and for referrals for specific procedures unless you have made prior arrangements with our office.

Orthodontics

Dr. Alison sees patients Monday, Tuesday & Thursday. In order to prepare for your visit, please print and fill out the Orthodontics new patient forms and bring them to your appointment. The new patient forms can also be emailed to the front desk.

Insurance and Payment

We strive to make orthodontic treatment affordable by offering “in-house” interest-free finance plans, Orthodontists Fee Plan financing, and discounts for payment in full of the treatment fee. We are pleased to assist you in filing for your orthodontic insurance benefit.  Any forthcoming benefits can be sent to our office with adjustment of future monthly payments for those patients on a finance plan. Dr. Alison is currently a Delta Dental provider.
